The Inside Cutting Tool Cuts pipe from 4" diameter to any arbitrary large size. This is useful when preparing utility lines for receiving fittings such as Ferncos. This is done mainly from the inside by plunging the tool into the inner wall of the pipe and then tracing its circumference. A sleeve rides on bearings to provide the user with a handle to operate the tool. This tool works best on clay, plastic, and concrete pipe.
